The Bothy is a wonderful little holiday home which has been fully converted from a cattle byre. Located in scenic Glenlivet within easy walking distance to the local pub and just 2 miles from Glenlivet Distillery which forms part of the whisky trail of Scotland, this pet friendly accommodation makes a great base for up to 2 guests.
The bedsit style accommodation of The Bothy includes an open plan kitchen with basic facilities / lounge / bedroom, and bathroom. The kitchen area has a breakfast bar with 2 chairs, there are also 2 easy chairs in the living room / bedroom area along with Sky TV and HiFi. For comfort, the bed can be set up as either kingsize or twin.
Situated within the grounds of the owners own property, breakfast and evening meals are available at the main house for guests at The Bothy if desired. Free range eggs, quails eggs and seasonal vegetables are also available on-site. Up to 2 dogs are welcome at an additional charge of £20 per dog / per booking.
There are a number of walks locally of varying levels of difficulty which provide an insight as to the natural beauty of this area.
Aberdeen and Inverness airports are both approximately 50 miles away.
